WIND BAND MUSIC

We offer a variety of products for the wind band including concert and contest numbers, holiday selections and instrumental features. There are also two warm-up routines available that are suitable for high school/college level and elementary/middle school level, respectively. You will find all material to be graded appropriately, with grades 1, 2 & 3 accessible to bands made up of players in their first few years of experience, and grades 4 and higher suitable for high school-level bands and beyond. Regardless of grade level, all pieces are artistically constructed, with individual engagement and musical/technical responsibilities carefully considered. CB-1040 - Good Tidings of Great Joy

Here is a musical setting of the birth of Jesus Christ with narration in the flowing English prose of the King James version of the Bible. Programmatic orchestrations along with a few quotes from music of the season provide a moving experience.

CB-1031 - Red Rocks Saga

This driving overture features mixed meter rhythms and a harmonic language evocative of the sweeping Western movie scores of the '50s and '60s. A beautiful lyric section provides contrast in the middle of the piece. Perfect for festivals/assessments!

CB-1032 - The Twelve Days of Band Camp

Every player gets their moment in the spotlight as this holiday tour de force features a different section for each of the twelve days. There's even a brief moment to display the group's singing ability. A witty vocal part is included, but this piece is fully playable with instruments only. Great fun!
